The fact that your website is linked to the game is absolutely rediculous.
Nobody cares that much about seeing their toon next to their post.
Please, I beg you buy a server for your website and delink it from the game. Waiting 3hrs to load a page during maintenance is horrid.

It is on a separate server. The loading times, "Service Unavailable", etc. is not directly due to the fact that the realms are undergoing maintenance -- it's due to all the players hitting the forum server at once. The characters are only accessed once upon login, and that's a link to the authorization server -- not directly linked to the game, really, either.
Now, that said, we're working on getting more hardware for the web setup. :P
