I've been waiting for this sort of event for ages. Great to see it finally on the horizon. I loved the story prelude as well, I was smiling while I read the entire thing.
Keep up the good work, more of this sort of thing is exactly what WoW (and the genre, for that matter) needs.

Gilmore and other Bloodsail Buccaneer recruits... while the fishing itself takes place outside of Booty Bay, turning it in requires being in that town -- as such, I'm not certain you'll be able to participate.

That's hard to do considering the fish schools that have these fish are similar to herb and ore nodes in the world. ;)

If that is the case and all one has to run up and "click the fish" I certainly hope you disabled druids aquatic form or they will be winning it across the board. I kind of doubt you took that into consideration though because they aren't Warlocks (who have the only disabled spells in the game.)

It requires fishing. You need to fish.
You just need to be fishing in the right spot. The node doesn't go away immediately, either, to my knowledge, so you (and others) can fish there for a bit.[ post edited by Caydiem ]
