Why are the web site and forums unavailable when the servers are down?
I suppose you'd rather everyone call your support lines instead of upgrading your servers to handle peak load?
Frankly, I'm tired of not having any method to find out when or if servers will be coming up. I think I'll start calling every Tuesday when the forums and web site are down.
Perhaps if your 800 number fees rise dramatically, you'll spend what it takes to have a forum server that can handle the load on Tuesday. 1-800-59-BLIZZARD for those that have nothing better to do next week. :)

We've doubled server capacity, and we are doubling it again.
The website draws a worldwide audience, so the load is incredibly heavy.
