Stand in front of a Tauren or Troll Shaman on a PvP realm as a Rogue, I'm sure you will receive an frostshock. I'm not sure it's exactly what you're hoping for, but you won't have to expend any energy. [ post edited by Eyonix ]

Shoot, I must be hallucinating about that level 51 Human Rogue on my account, the 60 Night Elf Rogue on Tyren's, the multiple higher levels on Ordinn's (Gnome Warrior, Dwarf Priest), and the countless developers that play Alliance.
