I have been playing this game since the day it came out. In the past when there were problems we were credited with a free day or two and when the down time was extended we were credited with full rested state also. Which IMHO was very generous and showed how much blizzard really cared about their customers. And to be honest I was understanding and applauded blizzard's commitment to do the right thing.
As of right now the quality of service is just about as poor as when the game came out, yet you now try and buy us off with just one day of time and no rested state.
Between world and instance server crashes (getting booted out of AV after a 5 hour fight you're about to win) and horrible lag and other various issues, you add insult to injury by taking the servers down for a full 24 hours and then offer a pittance of compensation for the hell that you have put us through since the release of the 1.6 patch.
I expect to receive the full day of game time AND full rested state for my affected characters or I will make a point of publicizing blizzard's blatant decline of customer care and support now that they have their 3 million customers and they don't really seem to give a damn about us anymore.

Please keep in mind that we tend to overshoot estimates. 24 hours is the maximum length of time we feel this operation will take. And we sincerely hope it will take much less than that.

Please keep in mind that we tend to over-estimate ETAs. 24 hours is the maximum length of time we feel this operation will take. And we sincerely hope it will take much less than that. [ post edited by Tyren ]
