A hurricane bug was introduced in 1.6, making hurricane uncastable if a mob is in the damage radius. An error message to the effect of "Target is too low level" is displayed when you try to cast hurricane. You can still cast hurricane by itself, you just can't cast it when it has the chance to hit any mobs, making the ability utterly pointless! Yes, we all realize that hurricane sucks as it is, but this is ridiculous for a 31 point talent. Argh..Why don't don't you just take hurricane out and replace with an actual viable talent, as attempting to fix it would surely just add addition bugs.
