Can you explain to the druids why this was taken out. Numerous people were saying that the bug was fixed within the test realm. We would all like to know why this was taken out.

Druids (for the most part) are at least semi understanding of balancing issues and the like. However, we would like to know what happend.
If any CM would be willing to at least give me a "asking Devs tomorrow" or something to that effect I would be satisfied for the moment.

As I understand it, the speed bonus was causing an issue elsewhere, so it was temporarily removed until that issue is resolved. This removal is less severe than the resulting issue it was causing.

I believe it was causing server problems of some type.
