Subject: GM says Honor System isn't updating correctly
   This is on Blackhand.

After a month of being a 1st Sgt. and earning 60,000 cps last week, I got fed up and paged a GM to ask why I haven't been promoted to Stone Guard. The GM says the Honor System has not been updating correctly.

I told him one of my guild mates was actually demoted from 1st sgt. to senior sgt. despite earning 10k cps a week, and he said it's possible that the delay goes back further than one week.

So, is it fixed yet, or what? Am I gonna be a 1st Sgt. for another month? I should have enough cps to be a Blood Guard after this week; if everything updates correctly, will I be bumped to Blood Guard or can I only go up one rank per week?

Actually, we have seen these comments and have investigated the issue. The system is updating correctly. Not being promoted is something that will happen, and players should not expect to be promoted each week. In the case of a demotion, it is possible that a person eeks out a promotion, and because their performance is subpar to what they achieved in the prior week, lose that promotion.

To address this issue, the devs now allow a player to use items gained by highest lifetime Honor rank, rather than current Honor rank.
