Hello everyone. Let me start off by begging Blizzard not to lock this post unless some one gets out of hand but i would really like to know why when every time i see a thread talking about Getting a GM to message you in or out of the game...Blizzard seems to always delete the thread or lock it. Is there something going on? Do the GM's actualy play the caracters they say they do? Or even play the game at all? if so why then do you guys not repond to all the players who send you a ticket? I have never had a problems to where i felt i must inform a GM my-self, so im not to sure how this whole "ticket" things work. So if i could get a Blizzard responce to this...and not deleting it or locking it? Please and Thank you^^

You seem to be confused...
The Community Team (i.e. the Blizzard posters here on the forum) does not consist of GMs. We are not in their department. This is not the place to get an in-game issue with one's character resolved, nor is it the place to air grievances with any GM interaction you may have. There are other channels of communication to do so, and that is where we send people should they have said concerns. As we are not a part of the support team we are not authorized to explain specific GM actions, and we cannot air confidential information regarding someone's account here anyway. That should be done on a one-on-one basis with the player and the appropriate support representative.
The boards are primarily here for game-related discussion and feedback provided the board policies are followed. GM tickets are filed in game by clicking the red question mark on your bottom bar in the user interface.
The GMs do play the game, and we do also. I fail to see where this comes into play on this particular subject, however.[ post edited by Caydiem ]
