Ok. You said that a week ago. You clearly stated it's not only a bug, but a "serious problem."
This bug happened to a bunch of us on Onyxia last night on horde-side Argent Dawn. I immediately called a GM and we were assisted within 5 minutes.
What happens? He refuses to do anything to help us.
So, what is the problem? Are the GMs lacking in power? Or do they simply not care or not realize this is a bug?
Customer Service 101 says that you need to empower your people so they can actually assist customers.
We've had a GM move items before in this case, but they don't any more. What is wrong? Why are you, a community manager, saying it's a bug, but the GMs are acting like it's working as intended?
Edit: And if the GMs aren't empowered enough to help us, who can?[ post edited by Bradak ]
