Subject: Clarification of Tyren's hotfix PLEASE :)
   Tyren's Post:

Monsters 3+ levels higher than the attacking player were resisting spells at a greater rate than intended. This has been addressed, and players will now be able to land spells with greater success.

Boss monsters in Molten Core, Onyxia, Azuregos, and Kazzak had their HP increased to compensate for the increase in caster DPS they will see.

This was put up as a sticky today, and I'm asking what it means. Is this in live now? Or patched to test? Does this mean that all resists vs higher level targets will be effected (i.e. will it help in pvp as well? Say a level 31 caster in the 30-40 bgs?)

Also what was hotfixed? Was the resist change added a while ago and the HP buff hotfixed? Please some clarification if you would. Just a thought, but this is quite possibly(depending on how significant the decrease in resists is) the single most important game change in months for caster types. Thank you Blizzard for hearing us about this problem and addressing it.

The entirety of what he posted -- HP change, resist change, all of it -- was hotfixed and is in the game as I type this. It applies to both players and monsters (though the formulae are different, a beneficial change was instituted for both PvP and PvE), so you should be seeing far fewer resists on all targets 3+ levels higher. :)

Q u o t e:
Based on Caydiem's post it sounds like they changed all mobs. They even changed PvP which was not list in Tyren's post either. If they did change the HP to all mobs in the game, this is clearly a nerf

Not the HP, the resists. Apologies, again, for the confusion. :)
