(Caydiem is on right now. I hope you read this, but any CM works.)
Eyonix said this to the mages:
---
There hasn't been any recent and notable changes to the Mage class for me to provide. I assure you, the moment that we receive something relating to your class which we believe you'd be interested in reading, we'll post in your class forum.
---
He hasn't been there for 3 months. This was his stated reason. Hunters haven't had a blue post for a week- thankfully not nearly as long. I'm sure your class has its own timetable: you can check by clicking a post in which a CM replied, scrolling to his/her avatar, then clicking the magnifying glass. Latest post at the top.
One of the major stumbling blocks I think this game's support division is having (and is proving a major headache for me, even though my class has been blueless for only a week) is the amount of issues that require attention but are simply not getting it.

For example, Hunters (and possibly other classes) are reporting a BIG problem with crit rates.
There are several pages of pure bumps but no response has been forthcoming.
Now there have been no major changes to the Hunter class-- but I don't think Eyonix's doctrine applies here. At VERY LEAST, an acknowledgement by our CM, Caydiem ('I'm forwarding this to QA, thanks for your help!', or 'QA reports that this bug is not present', or SOMETHING) would be good. I personally believe that regardless of whether or not you have information pertinent to the issue at hand, CMs should at very least remind us that they're not dead and actively browsing our forums.
Thank you.

I would suggest, if there is an actual bug, regardless of class, you post in the Bug Report Forum. Not only is it read, but there are QA folks monitoring it constantly and they will respond at times.

Q u o t e: 1. Thanks for the suggestion: it's been done. The post was also posted there. It's since fallen to the masses.
2. This suggestion also evades the issue. We really don't know you're active on the forums. We still have questions 24/7...we'd appreciate a response now and then.
To respond I need information, and information is not something I have.
Before you bring it up, I have tried responding without information several times and have been given an extremely poor response. Because of this, I share information with the classes I watch over when I have it.

Q u o t e: Of course: to answer without information is stupidity. But at very least just keeping us in the light that you're there, and either seeking information or something (I'm going to look at this issue, etc.) would be greatly appreciated.
Yes, that is what I'm talking about precisely. If I don't have the answers and post that I am seeking them, I'm generally given a very poor response from those particular communities. Since that approach has not proved fortuitous, I no longer use it there.
