Subject: Greeting from the 132nd club!
Hi all(blue inpaticular)! There is a decent sized group of us that cant play the game growing over in the tech forum that have been posting since tuesdays patch that cant seem to get any good answers on what you (Blizzard) is doing to make it so we can at least PLAY the game. So, could we get an answer as to whats going on over there with getting the error 132 problem we are having fixed please?

If you are being affected by the "crash at 650E16" please head over to the tech support forum and post there, there is already a thread about this topic, and please do include a summary of system specs (CPU type, speed, motherboard/chipset type, and RAM setup).

Q u o t e:
I have played this game from day 1. I have never had the error #132 problem before. I do not use any third party programs. It is not our faulty hardware, this is a direct result of patch 1.5.1.

You're strongly encouraged to post details of your crash log and system specs in the 132 thread over on the tech support forum.

If you want attention from Blizzard tech support, that is the place to go.
