So you guys play with us on the servers. At anytime do you see something going on thats not supposed to and you yell across a cubicle to Mr.GM to come put the smack down on someone?

Yes, as a matter of fact we do. Even when we are "off the clock", we are still aware of what is going on. If we see something that should not be happening we report it to the GM department like any one else would.

When we're reporting a realm problem, we use eMail. If we have an in-game problem like a player would, however, we submit a ticket just like you do, and our accounts are not flagged to take precedence to yours in any way.
We also have access to no special items, equipment, spells, etc. on public realms. We're just players like you.
