The thing you get after each win, you turn it into the guy and then get 2000 exp or so. Is there any point to tunring these in as a 60, as you do not seem to get reputation with the warsong faction at all for them.

The Mark of Honor is designed for players that are not level 60. We know that if you spend time in the battlegrounds, you won't be leveling, so we wanted to make it possible for you to do both. The amount of exp is not that great, but every little bit helps.
The Murloc is in aggro range...
