Can you actually go to outland through the dark portal? If so, what lvl of a zone is it? If not, can you get anywhere else, also, if not, is blizzard planning on opening it?

Gather 'round, kiddies. I have a tale to spin. You see, the Dark Portal began many years ago, in the heart of Azeroth. Many Enchanters, Engineers, and Tailors got together to make their yearly visit to Redridge.
