This issue isn't going to go away, and I don't feel this thread should be locked because the original thread is broken.
Please sign if you believe PVP ---> PVE server move should be allowed, either to a new PVE server entirely, or an existing low population.
The honor system has ruined how PVP servers operated, and I an many many others are sick of what it has turned into after the poorly designed Honor patch was implemented to all realms.

We are looking into this, however, the tech required to move a (potentially) large group of players requires some development and testing. We'll provide you with more information when it becomes available.
