There are a lot of guilds that can clear MC in a single night. Onyxia takes all of 45 minutes to gather to and take down. So there are basically 5 nights a week where "raiding guilds" do nothing. This is ridiculous, There NEEDS to be ATLEAST one more 40-man instance to keep guilds busy for a while, Having nothing to raid is a true bummer =/

How can it be held off? Quite simply, it needs to be tested and tuned before it's released into the hands of you folks. I understand you want to see it as soon as possible, I do, but at the same time it needs to be the best experience we can deliver to you. :)
