So, where is the solution for playing with our euro friends? I'd say "shortly after" the euro release has already passed, and it's time to hear your solution.

As I stated above, the information I have at present about this is what I just gave you. Asking questions about specifics when I've already explained that there is no further information on the subject will not cause answers to appear.
As for the "why"s, there are technical reasons and business reasons that must be squared away before any action is taken.
