Hopefully I can get some blue feedback on this, but any response would be nice.
First, is diminishing returns specific to spells/abilities or casters? For instance, if two mages are after me can I be polymorphed 8 times (4 each) or only 4 times?
Second, if I'm in a party that is PvPing and we run into a fight with a warrior and I do something like vanish to get out of combat and rejoin the fight when the warrior is at half health, do I get CPs equal to my party members that were in combat since the warrior was at full life or do I only get half the CPs since I was only in combat for half of the health loss? (I know I only get half if I'm not in a party).
Third, is this proof that Blizzard hates the horde? Of the Muigi and Lario, or whatever their names are, characters at Marshal's Refuge in the crater, one is horde and one is alliance. The alliance one gets to sit on top of a cliff and do nothing all day but hang out by bloodpetal sprouts, while the horde/luigi one is constantly harassed by bloodpetal pests. Mere coincidence or subtle clue to Blizz's true intentions? Clearly, this last one is the most important question :P.

1. The diminishing return is combined by the two Mages Polymorphing you.
2. I forget the exact amount of time you must be out of combat for the CPs to reset, but if you vanish and get right back to the fight you will be ok.
3. No, one just outsmarted the other =P
The Murloc is in aggro range...
