Subject: is there any point of grey quests
well....is there? i dont want to waste my time at (like the sepulcher) places where i could just skip (but would be better for low lvs) or if it would lead to a had quest in a series?

Grey quests give you very minimal (if any) experience but they still give you any coin or item rewards in addition to a slight faction gain. Some quests do start chains. If you are high enough level the quests shouldn't take that long for you to do.
The Murloc is in aggro range...
