WoW BlueTracker: Blue: Why don't standings and ranking match?

	On my server, the #9 and #10 alliance members are ranked 5, whereas the #11 alliance member is ranked 6. This makes no sense. Could you please explain how this would happen?

	If you have less than the required HKs/CPs to qualify for a rank, you will not be factored into the standings, I'm afraid. - Caydiem - Assistant Community Manager
