Can you define "Soon" please?
We've been completely and utterly ignored since retail. We had one response to one complaint once, when you nerfed us into the floor by "fixing" a "bug".
Are we talking soon as in the attention span of gamers soon? (Within the next 1-2 months absolute tops.)
Are we talking soon as in "Soon, there will be elections held in parts of the US" (within the next year)?
Are we talking "Soon, the sun will go out and all life will be eradicated from the Earth"?
Soon doesn't tell us jack. It tells us LESS than ignoring us altogether. It tells us that you're considering doing something about the fact that one of the most populous classes has been TOTALLY IGNORED FOR SIX MONTHS NOW. When you get around to it. Someday. Soon.
Real Soon Now.
Why don't you tell us something more? I understand fully that you cannot promise us an estimate of when this will occur. But fer cryin' out loud, if the first 6 months of the game being live isn't too long in your book, your concept of Soon scares me. Give us a very rough time range, with your most accurate and pessimistic estimate as a MINIMUM time.
The fact that we have class-breaking bugs left and right that are totally ignored - the fact that exploits can be posted in the Paladin forums without ANY kind of response - is simply unacceptable. You owe us more than that.
Give us a time-frame. Make it unreasonably pessimistic. Include the consequences of an earthquake flattening Blizzard's offices, for all I care. Just GIVE US A TIMEFRAME.

I cannot give you a time-frame. Be patient, please -- the developers are not ignoring any class, and we do keep tabs on all class forums. You're looking for more interactive feedback, and I understand that, but please remember that doing such is a significant undertaking requiring a great deal of time, and all community team members have a variety of projects they juggle on a daily basis.
I cannot give you a time-frame because I do not know when we will have the time for what you desire, but we know you want it, and we're planning to do so.
