What the heck qualifies for "Discussion Format"?
Until that totally brainless post about "Everything is ok, but this thread isn't "Discussion Format"".
Seriously, please review your posts before posting them. Would it have made it all ok, if he had thrown in. "Fellow players, let's hear what you have to say about this." at the end?
Since this is a forum, that line is pretty much assumed.
He had an incredibly valid point. The pits in IF are an enormous pain in the rump.
Please clarify "Discussion Format" in the Forum Rules. I have searched and was unable to find clarification.

No offense, but personal vendettas (which is what it looked like) have no place in the forums. And before reading that post, I was partial to Caydiem and the other mods, but just looking at that post definately looks like Cay has something personal against the OP.

I'll gladly explain the difference. One post that clearly and concisely explains the issue -- and players discussing that issue with the OP -- is better than 50 pages of "/signed". Why are they agreeing with the original poster? Is it whole-hearted agreement or are they bringing their own angle to it? "/signed" does not help us explain to the designers your viewpoint. Discussion threads, on the other hand, do.
That is the difference. Don't post petitions; just discuss the concerns you have with other players. It will help us all in the long run.
