While reading the info on mounts, found here:

.. I was curious. It would be pretty cool to get the tiger mount, since it's available to all races, but then I thought, what if we can't because they still have the training requirement that is only able to be purchased through exalted rep with Darnassus? =(
I know that no one is an officer yet and hasn't been able to get in and look at these to see if they require the training to ride, but maybe could a CM tell me?

Yes, they do require the proper training to ride.
I do not answer questions immediately in response to people breaking the rules. Also, be advised that I do not know everything immediately; if something is not in my sphere of knowledge I need to either 1) take time and test things, or 2) ask the appropriate designer. This takes time, and there are thousands of similar questions asked here a day.
