..and thats a dangerous thing.
However, I have to ask a serious question. Not about the locked posts, but about the Guild Name Nurfed.
There have been several posts since release on guilds being disbanded by GM's(and rightfully so) for their guild names in vilolation of the naming policy.
Why then is this guild Nurfed not also disbanded. I refer to naming policies here:

Be sure to create an appropriate (non offensive) guild name. Offensive guild names might be renamed or the guild might be disbanded. Sometimes a name is already taken or disallowed. Keep trying different names until you get one that is accepted.

So, i have to ask. Lets look at the Name Nurfed.
first its a masked copyrighted name. Mattel Corp. Holds the copyright on the name Nerf referning to its line of soft foam childrens toys.
Now Nurfed clearly is in viloation of the naming policy as stated here:

Trademarks
This category includes both clear and masked names which:
Are trademarked/licensed by a company or an individual
so why has this guild not be arbitraly disbanded by a GM like so many others have been?
The only answer i can come up with is, as was pointed out in those locked threads, blizzard employee is in this guild.
If this is the case and a Blizzard employee is in fact not only a member of said guild but a GM of the guild, do not blizzard employees have to play by the same naming rules as the rest of us?
no im not trying to troll, im trying to understand the logic, it escapes me. Please one of you blues explain it to me.
By the way i dont play on Archmonde and have no association or distain for the guild in question (in fact i know none of them) I want to know why the rules are not being evenly enforced and why there is preferential treatment (or at least the appearacne of such).

If you feel that a player's name or guild name is in violation of our naming policiy Takiya, please petition a GM and file a report. Unfortunately, the Community team does not handle naming policy violations.
