I noticed you were posting on the forums at time time, sorry to direct the post directly at you.
But, I have questions that i can't seem to get answers for. I've tried contacting GM's for the past week or so. Who do i ask ? Do i need to call the blizzard 1-800 number?

The Molten Core issues are being looked into. This has been stated a few times. I am sorry that I am unable to answer more details then that but it is all I can say currently.
