I have checked with the developers, and they have stated it should be fixed in this patch. If the Tauren Female is in a raid group heading to Molten Core, she should be able to zone in by jumping near the hole.
Are you still seeing problems with this?

Sandie, the geometry is difficult to change and patch out -- for now, Tauren Females should zone in when they jump near the hole.

I am sorry if you misunderstood me, but I said in my first post that it should be fixed this very moment on live realms. The fix is in 1.4. That is why I asked if there were still problems.
Obviously, folks would like a geometry fix, but that requires a large patch and a lot of changes to files. A change was made that will allow Female Taurens to zone in when they jump near the hole.

I have tried to be clear here; I'm not sure how much clearer I can be, but let's see if I can lay it out.
Tauren Female characters were unable to zone into Molten Core due to the geometry prior to 1.4.
In 1.4, I am told a fix was implemented that should "zone" the Female Tauren into the instance when she jumps toward the hole, provided all the normal prerequisites are met for the zone-in (raid group, etc.).
I was asking if this is still not the case; this is what I have been told, but I've not been able to try it myself.
