Can someone please explain me this:
My Standing is 25 and i have 14k+ con. points, my Rank is "Sergeant", while people in my server with, for example 10k+ con. points and Standing 41, have "Senior Sergeant" Rank, WHY do i get Rank 3 instead of rank 4? DO ranks have lvl restrictions?
Here are two screens where my and other player's Honor Tabs are compared:

Rank is independent of level. Rank is determined by taking the number of contribution points you earned last week and comparing it to other players of the same faction on your realm.
Kills don't give you rank, it's the amount of contribution points you earned while getting those kills that matters. Also, rank on every realm is calculated by comparing you with other players on your realm only. Therefore a top ranked player on one realm may have less contribution points than a player ranked 1000 on another realm.
