Subject: Eyonix .....please
I have not complained prior to this. However, this thread is disturbing, to say the least

Eyonix, you have a tough job. You can never please everyone, and it is a thankless job at that.

However, I am paying a monthly fee. As part of this fee, I'm expecting, at least, to have someone pay attention to concerns of an entire class. Reading your response, you actually state that mage concerns will be addressed, and that warlock concerns will be locked. In other words, you will not respond to our issues. A cursory comparison of the warlock forums compared to the rest shows that this is true.

This is unacceptable. If you are not going to do your job, then Blizzard should change your job description or get someone else to do the job. Period. Your only recent response is a confirmation that you will not listen to complaints, lock the thread, and give a last warning to the person who is asking you to do your job.

Criticism is not helpful unless it is constructive. If you are bringing our concerns to the development team, you are doing your job. You don't make these decisions, and most everyone understands this. However, there has been no communication at all, which exacerbates the entire problem. The end result is what I am seeing now ...downright animosity between you and an entire class.

Please, Eyonix, just provide some feedback. You are on the verge of losing a class, and if it happens because of your own inaction, it will be nobodys fault but your own.

Please do not post concerning locked threads, Trissan. Asking if a member of the Community Team still maintains a presence with a class is an appropriate question. Creating a thread detailing dissatisfaction of a Blizzard Entertainment employee is not.
