	Dangnabbit.. You flip jabberin' rapscallions and yer crack flackin' slang! What der heck does 'proc' mean? Also, kiting means to keep someone at range through stuns/roots, right? 	Proc is when an item has a special skill going off. When the skill activates it is called Proccing. KITing is Kill In Time. You do damage to a creature while running around not letting it hurt you. The most common ways are with Rooting and DOTing, etc. The Murloc is angered...
