Are you trying to say that warriors recieve additional contribution points when they take a lot of dmg, since thats what the class is made for...survivability? I find that hard to believe. Explanation would be cool tho.

I believe the point Kalgan was making in this case is that since Warriors have a high survivability rate and are capable of doing good damage, there will be numerous situations in which this class can continue fighting, earning contribution points, while a less durable class would lose combat time in running to their corpse from the local spirit healer.
