After reading one of Cay's posts, I have come to the conclusion that we need to go around the CMs to access the devs.
While I *DO* actually repect the CMs and feel for the job that they do (knowing I am one of the worst people to deal with in the last 3 days) I think that we or blizzard is putting an unfair burden on them.
We have to make our case in a convincing manner to a CM. They then take it and present it to a Dev. While i have great faith in CMs and their ability to communicate, I question their passion on the subject given the near-burn out condictions they have been put under.
For this reason, I would like to be able to address the devs directly in plain english with my concerns as to the new system and the problems that I, as a PAYING PLAYER, am encountering.

The way to leave your feedback on the game is to post on the forums. There is no direct communication route to the developers (aside from the fact that they read the forums also); we ask that you phrase your concerns in a constructive manner so we can more easily pass them along.
