Correct me if I'm wrong here, and it's very possible I am because this doesn't seem to make any sense at all...but...
The spirit improvement only makes it so Mage Armor works for those brief 5 seconds between our casts. What does this do for mages? We really have no reason to wear mage armor because we're casting all the time, except for in a few rare instances.
Oh and what about that 5/5 talent that makes it so we regen 15% of our mana back during casting? Is that just going to be left as completely pointless or?

Seriously, someone fill me in 'cause they just seemingly made mage armor relatively pointless and a talent that requires 5 points (for 15%) completely useless.[ post edited by Choppa ]

Mage Armor allows you to regenerate 30% mana while casting. The change to spirit allows for full mana regeneration to continue up until your next spell is fully cast, rather than when initiating the spell. Currently, Arcane Meditation is bugged and will not stack with Mage Armor. The development team is working to fix this mistake, and an update will be made as soon as further information becomes available.

Poko, your mana regenerates at 30% effectiveness while casting when wearing Mage Armor. I'm not sure you're understanding the recent change made to spirit, which was very minor. It affects all classes and basically allows your mana to continue regenerating through casting a spell, but only up until the spell is cast. [ post edited by Eyonix ]
