I cannot believe the new lightforge helm design has made it past the test servers after the uproar and all the petitions signed by all these paladins in every forum of this website. After being ridiculed with these "fast food style" humor, I thought the general feeling of the community on this new design war clean and clear.
I'm questionning wether the people charged with managing this community are relaying our messages to the dev team at all. This was a massive rejection to a new piece in the game, many new posters showed up to sign those petitions.
What is going on ? Cay?

As I have said previously, we have indeed been taking your feedback to the developers on this since day one, but things don't necessarily change due to the will of the vocal minority.
I do know that the helm is being reviewed and it may change.

Your feedback is still taken into consideration, don't get me wrong, here. What I'm saying is that expressing discontent about something does not necessarily mean it will be changed.
They're reviewing the look of the helm.
Also, to the individual that posted about Seal of Command, please remember that there are different teams on the development staff.[ post edited by Caydiem ]

I'm personally impassive on the look of the helm. I don't hate it, but then, I don't have to wear it, either.
I understand what I said earlier may have incensed you, but I'd like you to focus on the following:
Your feedback was taken to the art team.
Instead of saying "It's fine," and not changing it, the helm is once again under review, and its appearance may change again.
Your voice was heard.
