In order to address an issue affecting the authentication database, we're temporarily disabling the tools used by our billing and account services department. Doing so will allow us to perform the maintenance necessary to resolve the situation. While this maintenance is expected to last throughout the remainder of the day, we feel confident that all aspects of account services will be available starting tomorrow during normal business hours beginning at 9AM PST.
