Alright, in light of all the scheduled maintainance, server crashes and disconections I would like to know what blizzard is doing to resolved the consumer side of this problem?
Blizzard should remember that they are still a service provider and that consumers are paying money for them to provide us with their services.
This is their job, I dont know about rest of you people out there, but if i mess up or cause this many problems in my career, I would be very likely to be laid off. Professionalism requires that i perform my best and take responsibility for my shortcomings.
Let say I pay 60day playing time, then it is my right to play 24hrs everyday for the whole 60days. I probably will not: however the fact of the matter is Blizzard is obligated to provide these services they have advertised, and to which we pay good money to get.
I know these weekly maintainance target the lowest online time, but it does not change the fact that they are using the consumer's time and resources. Most of us are casual players, and our playing time is not fixed, therefore due to server crashes, maintainance and disconnections we are not able to play within our window of opportunity, then our whole day may be gone.
Therefore, blizzard needs to understand the above fact and IMO obligated: as a provider of advertised services to rectify the situation and/or take actions to insure Consumer satisfaction.

I know that sometimes, especially with World of Warcraft, Blizzard seems like some huge conglomerate that counts money and laughs at its customers.
It couldn't be further from the truth. We're still a small, dedicated company relatively speaking, and believe me that people are running around trying to get this resolved, and the community team gets to follow those people running around, asking questions like, "How many realms does this affect?", "What is the ETA on when these will come back up?"
As our customers are frustrated, we are also frustrated. We have come a long way in terms of realm stability, but I know that days like today make it seem we have not.
As of right now, there were some issues, but most of them should be resolved, and we hope that our players will log into the game again shortly, so I can re-engage my campaign on Tarren Mill. :)
