Subject: Addition to the Forum Code of Conduct
We've added the following rule to the Forum Code of Conduct:

Posting Unreleased Content / Hacking Data Files

This category includes language and/or links to websites containing such language or images which:
- Show unreleased in-game items, equipment, or areas that have been unlocked by hacking into client data files

If a player is found to have participated in such actions, he/she will:
- Be given a warning and/or receive a temporary ban from the World of Warcraft forums, depending upon severity

Link to Code of Conduct:

Hacking into and extracting information from data files is a violation of the World of Warcraft Terms of Service. As such, posting this information, or links to websites containing such information, on the forums will not be tolerated. If you come across this information on the forums or when surfing the Web, please report the post using the "reported post" button and email any website links to hacks@blizzard.com.

World of Warcraft game content that has not been revealed by Blizzard is intended to be discovered and explored by players in-game. When these spoilers are exposed to players, it can detract from the feeling they could get when discovering the content on their own. This rule will help us protect players from seeing this information before it is ready for release, thus increasing their enjoyment in-game.

We'd like to thank you all for your continued participation in one of the largest and most passionate game communities in the world, and we wish you continued success in your adventures in Azeroth!
