in large raids mobs can only hold so many debuffs.
this really hurts some classes. warlocks can't use some of there dot's becuase well they only last for 2 seconds before there bumped off.
Honestly the random procs from weapons often fill the debuff enough, never mind frost or fire effects from spells.
this hurts warlocks most due to most of there dmg being debuffs.
also hurts pallies who usually judge there spells but right now it's just not worth the mana.
Is there any plans to increase the debuff limit so we can actually use our spells?[ post edited by Lighthammer ]

Concerning the current debuff limit in-place, I've posted the following statement. "The development team is analyzing the current affect of having this specific limitation in place and plan to make adjustments in the future which will allow for more than eight debuff effects. At this time, I do not have an estimate as to when changes in this area will be made."

My response was copied from the sticky post I made in the Warlock forum, Xeraphm. Also, I've answered this question on a number of other occasions as well. I will update the Warlock thread once additional information on this subject becomes available.
