Subject: GM Service: Disappointed.
   I am displeased with the service I received and I don't really know who to tell so that I can get some kind of resolution.

Tonight, I finished up an instance with heavily damaged gear and about 1g to my name. That didn't leave enough to repair, so I put up a bunch of items on the AH to try and earn the money back that I needed to repair.

I then headed from Ironforge to Nijel's Point to turn in some quests. Then, when catching the boat from Menethil to Auberdine, the boat dropped me into the water. My hearthstone wasn't ready from having used it recently and so I died, and then I had to spirit res because I couldn't make it back to my body. When I ressed, almost every single piece of my gear was broken.

I opened a GM ticket, hoping to get some resolution... and I was flat out ignored. I received a canned response right off the bat, and then never was responded to after that.

It's one thing to never answer a GM ticket... but to send me a message then not respond to me is flat out rude.

I seriously hope that this was the fault of the GM, and not the GM's training... because if this kind of service is acceptable to Blizzard, then I am scared to think how GMs are treating other people.

One, I'd like to at least be acknowledged and two, I'd like to know where I need to e-mail a complaint about the service I have received.

   The GMs do send out messages like that when they are not able to get to you right away. It is just to let you know that they do have your ticket and you will be helped as soon as possible.

From what I have seen they will ask you if you have a few moments to discuss your ticket when it is your turn.

   Ugh, I apologize. I misread that screen shot. I think there might have been something behind the scenes at work there which prevented the GM from seeing your tells. I am going to bring this up to the GM department and see if there is a technical issue causing this.

In the mean you should re-petition them to make sure your issue gets handled.

Again, I apologize for any confusion this has caused.
