I have a few questions about unfinished areas and the policy regarding them:
1) Is a player allowed to access a unfinished area, so long as they don't use a hack to do it?
2) Is a player allowed to discuss these areas on Blizzard Forums?
3) Is a player allowed to post screenshots or video of these areas?
My personal opinion is that these places are meant for people to find a way into, as a preview as things to come, but I would like an official response.

If you find yourself in an area not yet designed or intended to be accessed by players, you should leave. If you didn't discover the area through illegal methods, you are free to discuss the matter on our boards, however, it is preferred that screenshots are not posted. The development team works very hard on the locations appearing in this game, and like most artists, they prefer that these areas are not unveiled until their work is complete.
