Subject: Why is it that Blizzard only....
   ...reply to the posts that they say the don't want to see?

You can make tons of post with normal Subject lines, but you won't get any reply from a forum rep. But as soon as someone makes a (Blue) or PLEASE REPLY post they're there to reply?

I've made a couple of posts:

where I refrained from using any BLIZZ or BLUE in the subject, but it seems like the only ones getting replies are the ones that are "breaking" the forum rules?

   Some posts we simply don't have the answers to right away. It's coincidence more than anything else, but I will say that many posts that address us directly are questions that we can immediately answer, since it is in reference to our own sphere of knowledge and does not rely on anyone else.

   Part of my job is moderation, Moewen, and another part of that is community building -- what can take place in posts you may consider "useless".

That said, we've known about -- and posted about -- the undead priest bug with some Dire Maul quests for weeks. It's on the way to getting fixed.
