Yesterday in Ungoro crater i started mining rich thorium veins to try to collect arcane crystals to sell towards getting my epic mount that costs 900 freaking gold. So i find a nice circular path of spawn rates and i'm finding them pretty nicely. Every miner i talk to says they usually get a 1/10 chance to get an arcane crystal. I mined upwards of 40 rich thorium veins in my time their and i did not get one arcane crystal. All i got was a crappy low end jewel offa the very last vein i mined.
I dont understand ... why dont' these veins ever drop arcane crystals? Is ungoro some crazy spot where arcane crystal drop rates off of its rich thorium veins are much lower. I cant see any reason to have differing arcane crystal drop rates depending on the location of the rich thorium vein.
