If you look at the posts made recently by Aszune and Bort you can see clearly that GMs don't give a rat's ass about valid complaints. If the GMs won't give competent responses to their most loyal players, I don't see why they exist in the first place.
Instead of trying to improve the online communities, the GMs are just making up senseless rules that make them look like they're acutally doing something.

If you're dissatisfied with the quality of support offered by our GM department, please email wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com. Personally, I wouldn't advise giving feedback on any matter that is based upon events which you were not privy to, or rather, that deal with subjects in which you have no first-hand knowledge, however, you're free to make that choice. In any case, these types of threads are offensive, and do not belong on our message boards.

GM's are friends of people from Blizzard who insiders gave "special" privledges to. It has always been quite clear they don't really give 2 craps about important things in the game and just like to grief over names. It's nice to have friends huh?
GMs are employees of Blizzard Entertainment, and work with us here at the studio, Darkcheetah. Please be careful when making statements on our boards that lack proper information, as doing so will mislead others, which isn't a very nice thing to do.
