Subject: Account Management Issue
   We're still working to resolve some minor issues affecting Account Management, which has currently rendered the service unavailable. We anticipate having the issue resolved within the next two hours. We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Update: While we've fixed the initial problem affecting Account Management, we've discovered another issue which we believe will affect game login if brought back up. To insure that no player's game play is affected, we're going to keep the Account Management service down until we're certain that bringing it up will be a flawless procedure. I will provide an update as soon as additional information becomes available.
