Im on test server and drink a greater frost protection potion vs a shaman and he purges it??

From patch notes of 3-22-05:
The effects of flasks and elixirs are no longer dispellable. This should make their use more compelling in PvP situations.

And another thing, on the current 1.3 patch on realm servers, you broke elixir of brute force and elixir of sages. It no longer stacks with health and intellect buffs, where it used to. These potions are now *useless*, for as rare as they are.

Q u o t e:
So alchemists who work hard to get high level recipes, spend good money and preparation to do so get no reward whatsoever for pvp?

Higher level Alchemy recipes include elixirs Rocher, which are no longer dispellable making their use more compelling in PvP situations, which in-turn makes Alchemy more viable. Unfortunately, potion effects can still be removed.
