This post is directed mainly at Caydiem, who is (or used to be) a feral druid. Right now, as all my guildmates run LBRS/UBRS/Strat/Scholo to get their end-game set that is useful to their class, I am searching through thottbot to find gear to go after.
The current druid set, Wildheart, is useless to feral druids. Sure, the set bonus of +17 STR and +17 STA is nice, as is the spirit, but come on... All I want is a feral set, with +STR, +STA, and some +SPI to compensate for ALL the other class sets doing something that is useful for the class.
Even if this doesn't get implemented to replace, or be there with the wildheart set, I really hope that there will be a set like this for PvP. If not, I'll just respec to balance/resto, and play 1/3 of my class forever.

I'm still gathering mine, personally, as my time in-game has been split between my 60 Druid and the Hunter I'm levelling up. Right now, I have the Ghostshroud, a few various pieces of leather that I switch out depending (nothing else truly notable armor-wise), and the Unyielding Maul.
I still need to get the rings and trinkets to boost my AC further.
My Druid is specced Restoration/Balance (41/10) but I still do a fair bit of tanking. :)
That said, the developers are always looking into more diverse gear. I'm unsure if there will be a Feral Druid "set", though.[ post edited by Caydiem ]
