Okay, so last night before I went to bed I logged into my character, hit Esc, hit the Logout button then when I was back to the main display I finished exiting out of the game.
It is now 11 hours later and I'm still trying to have my Main character sent to the test realm and getting the 'Account Logged In' error.
What else am I supposed to do? Maybe by some fluke chance it's been sent over but when I launch the Test Realm I get stuck at 'Retrieving Character List' so I'm assuming it hasn't worked.
Any other suggestions?

Log in the character you want to copy and log out again -- don't use the Exit Now option. Once you're completely logged out of the client, try again.
