Subject: Blue, please don't take this as a complaint..
...but rather an inquiry. Why is it that we only see a handful of responses each day? This forum gets so many new posts each day, but 99% of them go unanswered. I know you guys are busy doing other stuff like locking inappropriate threads and can't answer alot of the questions asked here, but I would think you guys can comment more often than you typically do.

Is it that your forum feedback duties represent a smaller portion of your job? Or that you have to confirm with someone there at Blizzard before answering a question? Or is it that the majority of questions asked are already often answered in another thread or a sticky?

Again I don't ask to complain, it just seems to me that we could be seeing a few more little Blizzard icons without having you compromising sensative information. Often the responses you guys give aren't too long, a few sentences which is usually enough, so it can't take too long to respond to a few more message. Can it?

Thanks for all your hard work, and again please do not take this as a sign of offense or discontentment. We appreciate you guys being here to answer our questions. It really is above and beyond Blizzard to have you guys here as a way for customers to get real-time feedback to concerns and questions, and you all handle it quite well.

Just take this post for the compliment that it is: "We love the quality, why not a little more quantity?"

Thanks!

We are not developers, but community representatives. As such, we do not have immediate access to the information needed to answer many questions posed. We answer what we can within our immediate sphere of knowledge. We send questions and concerns of the community to the development team and, when we can answer (some answers we simply can't give due to confidentiality or PR issues) and we have the information, we do.
