my question is.. will we enough new CMs such that each class has it's own liarson / representative that has a active max lvl (60) character that they represent?

Kailor... the banning system does ban the account, not the character. I'm not sure where you're getting that information from.
And we are working on getting more people to help out with moderation as well.

There's someone I'm thinking of who's been spamming and trolling the past two nights. This person always makes the same character name and race/class, but claims to have access to 30 accounts, only 4 of which have been forum banned. :/
